The quality of our relationships—with others and with ourselves—shapes the quality of our lives. I practice relational therapy rooted in the wisdom of the body and a belief in our innate capacity for growth. My approach moves beyond simply discussing challenges to directly experiencing them in the present moment, paving the way for meaningful change.
Having lived half my life in México and half in the United States, I have come to appreciate the beauty and complexities of navigating multiple cultures. This upbringing inspires me to create a space where clients feel free to express their full complexity. I strive to help individuals make meaning out of life's hurdles, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and deeper connection.
I am committed to anti-racism and affirming of ENM/polyamory, LGBTQ+ identities, kink, and sex work.
