Additionally, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, family struggles, and relationship hurdles, always striving to uncover their strengths and foster lasting resilience. My expertise includes trauma and racial identity, and I approach therapy with warmth, understanding, and cultural sensitivity. As a Latina therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, growth, and transformation.
