As Mexican American, bilingual, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) trained in Humanistic Psychology, I use an integrative approach. Drawing from Person Centered, Gestalt and EMDR approaches, I customize my methodology based on my clients’ individual needs in order to facilitate their desired growth.
I am also experienced in providing Clinical Supervision, advancing & mentoring mental health professionals to feel empowered to overcome their fears and develop their strengths.
