Experience

As a multicultural/multiracial identified psychotherapist, I embody warmth, curiosity, and empathy. I utilize an integrative and collaborative approach to support each client, informed by training in Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling, along with Gestalt, Humanistic, and Transpersonal Psychology.

The client knows themselves best, I look forward to connecting with you and exploring whether I am the right fit as you take this next step in your healing journey.

Education

Masters Degree (MA), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, (concentration in Mindfulness-Based interventions and Transpersonal Psychotherapy), Naropa University.
