Nicolas is offering Telehealth and in-person sessions
Pronouns: He/Him
Nicholas believes that healing begins by accepting one's emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. That healing deepens when these are accepted by others in the same way. This forms the foundation of the therapeutic relationship Nicholas seeks to create and participate in with each client.
Currently completing the final year of his counseling degree at Regis University, Nicholas is particularly interested in Depth, Narrative, and Somatic Therapy approaches.
Before training as a counselor, Nicholas spent 30 years as a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor. Through teaching dance, he gained valuable insight into self-expression, empowerment, confidence, positive body image, and interpersonal relationships. His dancing career also brought him to various cross-cultural experiences, including living in South America. He believes cross-cultural learning is a lifelong journey and has had the privilege of helping others navigate these challenges. Now, he is working to translate these experiences into a therapeutic context. Nicholas would be honored to work with you at this moment in your life.
